Dalton Shuck

Dalton hails from the vibrant coastal town of Sarasota, Florida, where his early years were shaped by a strong sense of community and curiosity. After graduating high school, he earned an honors scholarship to Florida Southern College in Lakeland, where he discovered a deep passion for psychology and law.

While at Florida Southern, Dalton was actively involved in student organizations, including the college’s chapter of the Deskovic Foundation. His volunteer work, assisting in the development of expert witness reports for criminal appeals and exonerations, was a formative experience that ignited his commitment to justice and advocacy.

Dalton graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and soon after decided to pursue a career in law. He is currently enrolled at the University of Idaho College of Law in Boise, focusing on criminal, appellate, and international law. His legal education has provided him with a broad understanding of criminal, civil, and administrative legal issues.

Outside of his academic and professional pursuits, Dalton is an avid outdoorsman. He enjoys fishing, hunting, hiking, and cheering on his favorite sports teams, bringing the same energy and dedication to his personal interests as he does to his legal career.
